UK and EU Customers: VAT and Additional Taxes
The karakanani shop now ships to EU and UK customers! Please read through the following prior to placing an order. By purchasing from karakanani, you understand and agree to these terms.
karakanani will not collect or remit any VAT taxes. This means that EU and UK customers will have to pay additional VAT/customs fees for any packages reaching customs.
No matter the size or value of your package, your country's local customs office will report any additional customs or service fees.
In order to claim your package, all customs must be paid to your country. Due to processing times during customs, your package may experience additional delays of 2 weeks or more.
Please check with your country's customs rates to determine your additional fees before purchasing.
If a package has been returned to me from customs, you may:
A) Pay for shipping costs again for the package to be re-shipped to you.
B) Refund of your order -not including shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Please note that shipping costs may have changed by the time your package has been returned to me. I will not be able to price match from how much shipping cost for your initial package.
