My response time is 1-2 days as this shop is run and operated solely by me. For situations deemed pressing or urgent, you should receive a response within a couple of hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Before purchasing, please carefully read descriptions as they include important information regarding the product.
Do you accept any returns or cancellations?
I do not accept any returns or cancellations —all sales are final.
If my order was lost or damaged during shipping, may I request a refund?
There will be no refunds issued for any lost packages or postal damages.
Please expect delays in shipment as the postal services are heavily impacted at this time. For orders outside of the US, I highly recommend choosing the tracked shipping option.
Do you ship to the UK or EU?
At this time, this shop does not ship to the UK or EU. Due to complications and changes in taxes and shipping, I do not see shipping to these countries in the foreseeable future, but will continue to look into it. I value my customers in the UK and EU, if you would like to place an order, please visit my Etsy store! Most items found in this shop can be found there (at limited stock).
Considering shipping delays, when can I expect my order to be delivered?

Once orders are shipped, package handling and delivery is out of my control. Please know that this table includes estimates and your order may be delivered earlier or later than stated here.
If during checkout, you requested tracked shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Did not receive a tracking number? Please send me a message here.
I try my best to reuse packaging material that will provide enough protection for your items along with being mindful of its environmental impact. Please note that not all packaging materials are recyclable and should be disposed of properly —you can reuse them too!
How can I recycle the packaging I received with my order?
For handmade earring orders: all bubble wrap is reused from previous packages. Packaging peanuts are used to prevent puncture from earring posts —these are non-toxic and water soluble, please reuse them, throw away, or wash them down the sink or bathtub!
For stationery orders: All shipping boxes and rigid mailers are recyclable.
How long does it take to process my order?
As I run this shop entirely on my own, the order packing process can take anytime from 2-5 US business days. Orders made during a shop update can take about a week until packages are shipped. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
What is the status of my order?
If you received an email notification that your package has been shipped, then your order is on it's way to you! Please use the tracking number (if shipping option was selected at checkout) if you would like to follow its journey to you.
If you only received an Order Confirmation email, this means your items are still in the processing stage where they are packed with love and care (:
I ordered more than once in the shop, may I combine them to save on shipping?
Yes. As long as this request is made within 8 hours of placing your order and you have not received a confirmation email that your order has been shipped. Please fill out this form including your Order Number(s) here.
My package was lost/damaged in the mail, can I get a replacement sent to me?
Once orders are shipped, package handling and delivery is out of my control. If there are specific notes regarding how your address should be written, please include this in the notes section before submitting your order. Incorrect addresses may cause significant delivery delays or even package returns. On a case by case basis and if inventory of a certain item is available, I am willing to discuss solutions with you!

My address is incorrect, how do I fix this?
Please contact me as soon as possible!! Within 24 hours of placing your order, please fill out the contact form with your correct address, I will help input the new address and you should receive a response that your request has been successfully completed.
If there are specific notes regarding how your address should be written, please include this in the notes section BEFORE submitting your order.
